Neurospora 2025 Registration

To attend the Neurospora 2025 meeting, attendees will need to remit payment for two separate costs: the conference registration costs (managed by Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute) and the lodging costs (managed by the Lodge at Schroon Lake). Please be sure to complete your registration by clicking on the two separate links below for conference registration and lodging!

Registration costs:

• Faculty: $475.00 (US Dollars)

• Students: $375.00 (US Dollars)

Lodging costs:

(US Dollars; based on a three night stay for the duration of the conference):

All lodging costs presented here are based on a $169.00 per night rate for Neurospora 2025 conference attendees

• Single room (one King-sized bed): $507.00, plus tax
• Double room (two full-sized beds): $253.50, plus tax

Please note: individual sharing a double room should identify the individual that they will share a room with ahead of time and then call The Lodge at Schroon Lake (phone number: 518-987-0708) to communicate the name of your roommate so the lodging staff can make appropriate accommodations).

For conference attendees who need to coordinate roommates for a shared room at Schroon Lake, please use this Google Sheet (linked here) to sign up and indicate how many, and what gender, individuals are traveling from your lab that need a roommate.

When registering for lodging at the Lodge at Schroon Lake, please enter the code “Neurospora” (no quotes) into the special code box.

The Neurospora Policy Committee notes that guests of conference attendees must also register for the conference and pay the conference registration and lodging fees.

Should conference attendees wish to stay longer (before or after the conference) at the Lodge at Schroon Lake, please purchase lodging for those additional days and you will be guaranteed the same lodging rate for those additional days at the resort.
